With more than 10 years of experience within the Early childhood industry, Marta holds a Masters of Teaching degree and is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. 

 

My Philosophy

Early Childhood is a significant period in every child's life as it is exciting developmental time of discovery, experimentation and learning.

I am responsible for providing children with positive learning experiences with a rich environment, where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning and name their feelings.

My role as a teacher and centre director is to support children as they learn about their strengths and work on their weaknesses. I recognise families as the important influence in their child's life. Children can achieve exceeding outcomes when families and educators work in positive partnership.
