Meet Our Centre Director
Marta Novak
Marta brings over 20 years of experience within the Early Childhood industry, including seven years at Watch You Learn. Marta holds a Master of Teaching degree and is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher.
As a director, Marta leads our team of teachers and educators to provide our children with positive learning experiences and a safe learning environment, where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning and name their feelings.
Marta’s educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that early childhood is a significant period in every child’s life as it is exciting developmental time of discovery, experimentation and learning. She places strong emphasis on supporting children as they learn about their strengths and work on their weaknesses.
Marta also recognises that families are important influence in their child’s life. Through positive partnerships with our families, children can achieve exceeding outcomes and greater security and confidence.
